Management & Supervision

  • In charge of Cardiology and Pacemaker Clinic, overseeing the care for over 3500 geriatric/adult patients with pacemakers and implantable cardioverter devices.

  • In charge of two cardiac telemetry units consisting of 38 beds (geriatric/adults).

  • Interviewed, hired, trained, supervised nursing and clerical staff.

  • Strengthen the role of the professional nurse by increasing staff’s hands-on training, increasing patient teaching and telephone support.

  • Assist in developing a user- friendly nurse documentation tool.

  • Supported and facilitated student nurse and residence-in-training.
